Q. Getting problem while logging into Avitaar?
A. Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot the problems while trying to log in to Avitaar:
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Check your internet connection setting for Avitaar. Click on the Connection Setting button on the login screen.
  • Check your user id and password
Q. What are Loan Templates?
A. Loan Templates are pre-defined skeleton for creating new loans. Loan Templates are created to ease the task of loan processing. For example, in Conventional Purchase Investment property type, most of the values that require to be entered are common. So user can create loan templates for these type of loans. When you create a loan using one such template, you get the loan created and pre populated with the template values. If required, user can change them according to the loan requirement. This procedure saves the Loan Processor's valuable time, which would otherwise be wasted in entering the repetitive values.
Q. Values from Loan Application form are not available on FHA/VA forms?
A.  Avitaar provides flexible features to transfer the values of 1003 form to other forms where they are needed. User can as well enter these values manually, but if user needs the 1003 form values, then the option is available on the left hand side of form commands "From Loan App '. This command will import the required values from the 1003 forms.
Q.What does 'Loan Check Out' and 'Loan Check In' means'?
A. Check Out : This signifies that particular Loan is in use.
    Check In    : This signifies that particular Loan is not in use.
Q. What if the Avitaar is giving the error: "frmViewer form/Page does not exist"?
A.  It means that the local system has some RAM or memory related problem. Avitaar requires at least 64 MB RAM. User is advised to run Avitaar only on systems that meet the minimum required criterion. If the client system has already got sufficient RAM, then try closing all the Avitaar Forms and Logging out from the application. Now login again and try to open the forms.
Q. Unable to get all loans in the list while selecting ‘Show All Applications’?
A. When user selects 'Show All Applications', he is able to get the loans of others user's. Loan viewed in the list are from the users who have predefined access to loans for user.
Q. Loan is Opened from 'Local System'. While saving loan to the server, user gets the error message 'Access Denied'?
A. When user opens the loan from local system, and then tries to save it on the server, If the loan has not been checked out, then the loan cannot be saved to the server, and hence the user gets the 'Access Denied' message.
